Bespoke private tours off the beaten path, intimate cooking classes or our carefully researched retreats, led by professionals with decades of experience and local roots. This is the opposite of a whirlwind tour, there are no check lists to cross off manically. This is slow, deep travel into the heart of places we know and love. Visiting local suppliers from the area, walking paths into the natural beauty that lies around almost every corner of Italy, passing by sheep to eat polenta in a mountain hut, covering our hands with flour for pasta making and learning why your nebbiolo doesn’t taste like oak but rather the soil that you are standing on. COOKING CLASSES

We host our classes in the beautiful classroom space at Fusillo Lab in Milan. Alice Delcourt – along with her talented chef colleagues – shares decades of professional cooking experience through her hands-on courses which are followed by a multicourse meal.

Our retreats offer off-the-beaten-track experiences in secret corners of Italy.

Alice Delcourt and Danilo Ingannamorte will share their long standing and personal relationships with amazing wine producers, sustainable farmers and talented artisans. Enjoy guided hikes through local landscapes, plant-forward, delicious meals by a professional chef, cooking classes, daily wine lessons and visits to local sites- embark on the journey of really getting to know the history, culture and what is special about the destination.

By tuning into where you are and into your own body, the pleasure of sitting around a table enjoying honest food is that much greater and profound.
