Alice Delcourt opened Ristorante Erba Brusca 12 years ago and has had a working organic farm next to the restaurant for the last 5 years. She is committed to seasonal cooking out of both passion and necessity. This is a class for those who are interested in bringing their cooking up a notch and who would like to explore the concept of seasonality of produce as the driving force behind their menu planning – we promise that broccoli will not be boring! Anyone who loves food and all the ways it can bring people together will enjoy this course.

Alice and Aiko will greet you with an aperitif, followed by discussion about seasonality, menu planning and preparation and plating. Then, pull up a chair, raise a glass and enjoy a 3 course meal!
