Chef Alice Delcourt often invites her talented colleagues in the culinary world to lend their expertise in these classes.
RETREATS

And what better way to immerse ourselves than through movement: on foot, up a mountain or across a lush vineyard as you see firsthand where the local grape varieties are grown, or breathing in local smells as we recharge and nourish our bodies through yoga. Recharge. Relax. Nourish. Learn. This is travel that comes full circle.
By tuning into where you are and your own body, the pleasure of sitting around a table nourishing yourself with honest food is that much greater/ more profound. You have exerted yourself and acquired new skills and knowledge. (Plus, there’s nothing more delicious than a meal earned!) This isn’t a visit; it’s an experience.
These retreats offer off-the-beaten-track personal relationships with producers, bespoke yoga classes, guided hiking through local landscapes, plant-forward delicious meals by a professional chef, cooking courses, daily wine lessons and local visits.
Shared meals, group activities, and the communal love for yoga and wine created an inclusive environment where friendships flourished. Alice and Danilo ensure that the experience went beyond the yoga mat and wine glass.
