Come and learn how simple beans can turn into miso, as well as how to use this explosion of taste in the kitchen.

We will introduce you to koji and take you through the steps of miso making. After you have made your own jar, we will serve you an amazing meal showcasing miso and send you home with your own jar to ferment at home.
